Customer quote requests
Florida Local does not charge customers to submit quote requests. Any service price or payment is arranged directly with the independent provider.
Provider plans
Planned pricing is Platinum at a limited-time $399/month (regular $499), Gold at a limited-time $199/month (regular $299), and Silver at $59.99 per delivered lead (regular $69.99) with no monthly fee. Platinum has no plan cap but no guaranteed lead quantity; Gold includes up to 10 leads per week. Checkout is not yet available, and final checkout/order terms will control plan price and renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Until self-service cancellation is available, email info@floridalocalcleaning.com from your account email and identify the account and plan. Unless checkout says otherwise, cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid cycle. There are no prorated refunds for used or partially used periods except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. We will correct substantiated duplicate billing or other billing errors.
Lead-credit requests
Submit a request with supporting details within 7 calendar days of lead delivery if the lead is objectively invalid, duplicate, outside your accepted service area, or requests the wrong service. We will review requests fairly and respond as reasonably practicable, without guaranteeing a precise response time. A customer’s failure to respond, decision not to proceed, change of plans, or choice of another provider does not qualify by itself. Approved adjustments are generally account credits unless law or controlling order terms require otherwise.
